Mission |
|
You are leading the Engineering function for Seneffe site. You are accountable for ensuring capabilities, strategies,
plans and people are in place to meet the Health, Safety, Environmental and production needs of the site and its
products. This includes all Maintenance, Investment and IT activities.
You will be responsible for the engineering element of safe and cost effective plant engineering in a cost-driven
environment. To achieve this, you will :
- Manage engineering capital projects ensuring the timely implementation of new or improved assets consistent with
rapidly changing business requirements and within agreed cost and safety parameters.
- Support projects being managed by others by the timely application of technical and/or project management
professionalism at key points in the project process.
- Be responsible for all Engineering Reliability activities on the site.
- Lead the maintenance activities of the site (about 15 people) through a team of shiftleaders.
- Create and deliver engineering strategies, plans and budgets in support of Plant and Product.
- Ensure operational compliance with all European and Belgian legislative regulations and applicable Syngenta
Internal standards.

Profil recherché / Compétences
|
|
You have a Degree calibre with, a minimum of 5 years' direct and relevant experience in engineering and maintenance of process plant or related equipment.
You have management skills, you can develop high performing professional engineering teams. You have a high-level negotiation, motivational and influencing skills.
You have a knowledge of the European regulatory environment and its application in the process industries (ATEX, Seveso)
