Position will be based in the Brussels office with half of the candidate's time expected to be spent on customer
visits across the specified region.

Position:
As the account manager, your primary regions of focus are France et Benelux.
You will report to the Area Manager for Southern Europe
Responsibilities:
-Develop business with existing clients, by penetrating and maximizing sales.
-Understand completely the hierarchy of decision making in each of these accounts and develop long term business
relationships where relevant.
-Identify and qualify potential of new accounts in new and existing market segments
-Reach the sales quota and ensuring mid to long term growth.
-Manage the relation to dedicated key accounts at profit.
-Build strong relationships based on loyalty and trust with customers at all levels
-Respect existing distribution channels and manage channel conflict appropriately and in accordance with the Area
Manager.
-Monitor all sales related expenses within the agreed budget.
-Prepare visit reports and client summaries.
-Keep information on clients and prospects up to date and accurate.
-Develop and execute Sales Plans, business plans and budgets.
-Participate in trade shows/conferences/associations.
Profile:
-Proven business development ability, combined with the commercial acumen to shape and structure large transactions.
-Previous commercial experience in Business Development and prospecting, selling B2B products and services.
-Negotiation skills
-Experience in the Embedded Industry is a great asset.
-Track record of successfully leading complex sales and project delivery.
-Autonomous and Team player.
-Academic degree.
-Bilingual French et English. Dutch or any other European language is an asset.

Salary et Package:
-3,700 Euro fixed + quarterly bonus 15% OTE
