You will be part of the BIS (Business Infrastructure Support) team that has the mission to provide a reliable IT
infrastructure and appropriate infrastructure support that is alligned with both the business requirements and the
company strategy.
Profile looked for:
-An Infrastructure Program Manager
-An interface between the business and Business Infrastructure Support
-An Owner of the locally specific infrastructure components and applications to ensure high availability,
reliability, security and efficiency maintaining the ISI Infrastructure standards, policies and processes
-A driver to continuously increase efficiency of the business users and of BIS operations
-It degree or at least 3 years work experience in IT
-English fluent, French and Dutch are plus
-Expertise Knowledge in one or more of the following technologies: Windows Desktop; Lotus Domino, Notes and Companion
Products; Novell Netware and ZENWorks; Ethernet LAN/WAN architecture and administration; Windows Server; VM Ware; IP
Telephony
Global mission:
Responsibility for support of X users at X sites and X remote salesforce users
Mains functions:
-Program manage all infrastructure activities
-Close interaction with the site IT Account Manager(s) for all infrastructure related topics
-Knowledge Management of all site specific infrastructure components and applications
-First point of contact for all infrastructure enquiries
-Project management of minor local or central projects
-Coordination and implementation of CIP changes
-Managing deployment of applications, processes or services for one major site or site group
-Deployment of the End User Effectiveness program
-Communication and information gatekeeper for all infrastructure related topics
-Implementation and maintenance of schedule for reoccuring tasks
-Service management for 2nd line support ; you will be the first point of contact for call out in case of a business
cirtical emergency.
-Service Management for 3rd line support
-Deal with a training provider to maintain a framework of standard trainings and to provide additional trainings
