- Support, troubleshoot and reporting Hardware problems
- Troubleshoot Microsoft Windows XP and Office applications
- Software installation
- Remote Assistance
- Use of a call logging system and working with multiple IT teams
Profile
- University degree or Equivalent experience
- At least 2 years experience
- ITIL and Microsoft Certifications highly preferred
- Age between 20-30
