This is a multifunctional assignment in an international environment with good career development opportunities. In this role you will be responsible for: Assessing operating conditions and performance of systems and plants at site; Translating investigation results into recommendations for increasing of system efficiency, production rate and product quality; Co-ordinating and carrying out process engineering tasks in large investment projects; Elaborating know-how in the field of grinding technology and reporting it within the Holcim Group; Specifying and offering your services, planning their realization and monitoring budget and invoicing.
The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Process Engineering (Technical University or University of Applied Science); Industrial experience in process or grinding technology, cement plant experience and knowledge of the branch are preferred; A proactive approach towards customers and high independency; Strong interest in working with people of different cultures; Willingness to travel internationally (approx 20% to 30%); Fluency in English (written and spoken), any further language of advantage.
