Mission |
|
Overall, in collaboration with the Finance Director, you are responsible for the whole internal financial management
reporting.
Your role includes following tasks:
- Define and manage internal financial management reporting, planning et forecasting
- Preparation of significant analysis
|
|
|
Profil recherché / Compétences
|
|
- University studies with a focus on finance or degree level with professional accountancy qualification. Nice to have: MBA
- Proven experience in reporting, planning et forecasting
- Proven excellent Excel skills to macro level
- Proven skills in financial management controlling tools
- Experience in high growth organizations, preferably Internet or related media industry
- Prior experience of IPO or M et A a plus
- English fluent in writing and speaking (working language is English)
- French and / or German
- Street smart with business sense: addresses problems in a pragmatic, creative and, if necessary and sensible, unconventional ways and with a strong business orientation; acting with a clear understanding of what the action contributes to the business.
Requirements:
- Entrepreneurial driver: with independent work style: comes up with solutions autonomously; mentality that leads to finish things completely and pushes suppliers and external partners; wants to move things and always finds a way to pass dead ends or road blockers. High self-motivation!
- Very precise, rigorous, diligent
- Very analytical
- Systematic, well organized; can handle projects and survive multi-tasking; good time-management; used to work by priorities
