Mission |
|
Overall, in collaboration with the Finance Director, you are responsible for our whole accounting.
Your role includes following tasks:
- Building accounting structures, systems, processes and procedures
- Consolidations
- International tax declarations
- Legal questions
- Gravitas to deputize for the Finance Director with Auditors, Bankers and External Advisors

Profil recherché / Compétences
|
|
- University studies with a focus on finance or a Degree level with professional accountancy qualification
- Proven experience in building from scratch accounting structures (interna-tional)
- IFRS experience with complex consolidations
- Experience in high growth organizations, preferably Internet or related media industry
- Experience in international tax declarations
- Multi-jurisdictional compliance
- English fluent in writing and speaking (working language is English)
- French and or German a plus
- Street smart with business sense: addresses problems in a pragmatic, creative and, if necessary and sensible, unconventional ways and with a strong business orientation; acting with a clear understanding of what the action contributes to the business
