The Head of Operations is in charge of:

- organising and monitoring the tasks performed in Luxembourg for the benefit of the funds by a team of 10 people
(see list of main tasks below)
- ensuring that all necessary duties are performed at the best standard, in compliance with funds' statutory
requirements as well as Luxembourg regulation 
- liaising with teams in charge of Corporate Finance / Fund Management, as well as Operations department in charge of
entities of the funds outside Luxembourg 

The Luxembourg organisation is involved in all phases of the life of a fund (initial and subsequent closings,
transactions, restructuring, termination).
Main tasks performed in Luxembourg for the funds, are the following:

FINANCE:

- Checking and controlling financial structure established for a fund, at initial stages and for any transaction
- Participating in the set up and following up of credit facilities 
- Organising and implementing money transfers from investors and through fund structures
- Performing treasury management of Luxembourg holding entities

LEGAL:

- Organising the Boards of Directors, General Meetings and ad hoc Committees of the Luxembourg holding entities of
the funds 
- Performing all necessary Corporate Secretary duties

ACCOUNTING: 

- Luxembourg Holding entities accounting 
- Performing accounts consolidation 

TAX:

- Dealing with all matters regarding Luxembourg Corporate tax and VAT 

ADMINISTRATIVE:

- Performing all administrative tasks needed

The Head of Operations acts as a Director on the boards of some funds.
