The Public-Private Infrastructure Advisory Facility (PPIAF) is a multidonor technical
assistance facility that helps developing countries improve the quality of their
infrastructure through public-private partnerships (PPPs). The PPIAF is a Trust Fund
governed by a Program Council and managed by a Program Management Unit with its
headquarters in Washington DC and field offices in Senegal , Kenya , India and the Philippines .
