Mission : Under the scope of the eBonding project, my role was to design and manage the development of the UPS Orange Business
integration, which started by driving the requirement definition and technology choice. This integration is a B2B interface to
exchange the Trouble Tickets with Orange Business France using the AS2 technology. The second second was the management and the
lead of The development team was an outsourcing team in India for dev and test activities.
Project : UMG, PEM and Orange Business, Orange Business Reston ( USA ).
Mission : Under the scope of the eBonding project, my role was to design and manage the development of the integration between UMG and
Orange and between PEM and Orange . The scope was to integrate the Trouble Ticket Systems of both applications to Clarify TT system
of Orange Business.
Clarify was also to be integrated to EAI using webServices.
The PEM -Patrol Product for IT infrastructure- is running a custom application under JBOSS that was integrated to EAI via
webServices. This integration permitted the reuse of the clarify integration and then business achievement to Orange Business.
Project : CC EAI, Orange Business France .
Mission : This activity consisted in participating and establishing the EAI road map for Orange Business Worldwide, also, in the
creation of frameworks responding to Enterprise requirements.

SIEBEL CRM, ICMS.
Position : Webmethods Architect -Consulant-
Project : SIEBEL EAI Integration, Saudi Telecom Company.
Mission : The SIEBEL project is a major integration project in Saudi Telecom Company, intending the replacement of the ICMS application
by SIEBEL CRM and integrate all the Telecom Applications (Billing, Provisioning, Ordering, Data etc...) using the EAI webMethods
6.5.
During the 12 months duration of this project, (7 months design), My
role was mainly to participate and guide the requirement gathering phase to insure gathering the right and complete information
from all the applications to be integrated with ICMS. Then, define and design the corporate documents (Canonicals) as well as the
services to be presented globally (SOA) for scalability and component reuse. The last step was to assist business owners and
business analyst to orchestrate the advised architecture (BPM and workflow 6.5), but also to help them offer more business
solutions to end customers using the same proposed architecture based on SOA capabilities.
Project : MMS Adapter, Saudi Telecom Company.
Mission : My role was first to make a POC of the MMS Java adapter under webMethods: design and development of a reusable, scalable and
robust webMethods Adapter and MMS canonical document, using the EAIF protocol with the Nokia MMSC.
The success of the Adapter with the business owners and the business opportunities it may offer, I redesigned and
redeveloped the MMS adapter using the webMethods ADK.
Project : Content Providing, Saudi Telecom Company.
Mission : Based on the success of the MMS Adapter and its business impact, I was in charge of designing content applications using the
MMS:
. Bill over MMS: design and development of application identifying end user by USSD, retrieving Bill from bills repository, convert bill to jpeg
(the toughest link requiring high java skills ) and then use of the MMS Adapter.
. Weather over MMS.
. Hand-over to the development team for future multimedia requests.
Project : SMS Adapter, Saudi Telecom Company.
Mission : In order to facilitate the integration of the SMS component into the Telecom applications landscape, and to leverage the
business solutions to the end customer using this channel, I was in charge of building the SMS adapter using the LOGICA
implementation.
Project : IMS Siebel Integration, Saudi Telecom Company.
Mission : My role was to design and develop the IMS Adapter (based on Corba API). I then designed and developed the overall integration
with Siebel to handle the Customer and Subscription Creation and Update Flows (Siebel UCM)
Project : Lucent LTS (Loop Test System), Saudi Telecom Company.
Mission : The LTS integration is a critical and major project for the Land Line department of the Saudi Telecom Company. The LTS
product of the vendors ( Lucent and Tollgrade ) provides the switching and loop test interface to the lamd line network in Saudi
Arabia, among other features: it permits the test of the telephone lines (pots), ADSL capability, Modems configuration, problems on
the lines etc... My role was to design the canonical Test Request Document and a high performeance LTS adapter based on Corba API.
The challenge of this interface was the high importance STC Management was giving to it coupled to requirements of performance
requested. A multithreaded intelligent design of this interface permitted me to achieve the requirements although the LTS nature
imposes hardware performance limitation (A physical switch cannot run more than a given number of tests at the same time)
Project : StarTeam -Source Control System- Saudi Telecom Company
Mission : My role was to adapt the StarTeam source control to the EAI STC context. I was in charge of adding a procedure to developers
and QA team.

started by managing the international teams in the gather phase to produce the Conceptual Architecture Design. Then I designed and
delivered the Architectural specifications and Detailed Design, And finally, support the integration through UAT, BAT and
Production. A Webmethods Training and Competency Transfer were delivered to the teams during the last phases of the cycle.
